and the place to give me tickets, I've gotten three in the same place. All from him. All while driving a car. I've tried to chat him up while on my motorcycle, and we were both at a stoplight. Didn't stop him from giving me the last one though. And talk about overweight! this guy must weigh 400 pounds.
